Technical support is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm in Central Standard Time (except national holidays) via telephone or email.
Installation by our robotic expert is available and streamlined for your convenience and ensures that it is properly done to maximize performance of our robots.
We offer onsite as well as online training options depending on your requirements. Our training provides our customers with the in-depth knowledge and hands-on skills needed to properly operate our robots for your specific applications.
We are conveniently located in the Chicago area and maintain a supply of spare parts for most of our robots. Please contact us for a list of parts we have available for your convenience.
